  7.       a. #filesize now reports in Kbytes (was telling bytes)

  9.       b. *get_input_file now detects non-existent files. The
  10.          problem was caused by RAP's *filesize() function,
  11.          which is supposed to return -1 for nonexistent
  12.          files, but which was in fact returning -3.  Our
  13.          function now tests for any value < 0 instead of
  14.          testing for -1.
